ERPframe® Interfaces:

For data exchange with other programs or database sources, ERPframe® offers a variety of interfaces to you.

• Autodesk® Inventor
  The interface "GateWay" from our partner IT-Consulting achieves in connection with Autodesk® Inventor and ERPframe®, full PDM functionality.
  In this integrated concept, out of the 3D models, building groups, parts lists and components, inclusive of their attributes, are synchronized in ERPframe®. A comparison check takes place against newly designed components, the interactive article position is established, marking is done through ERPframe® and there is a complete transfer of the building group structures and parts lists from Autodesk® Inventor for subsequent processing of the construction data in ERPframe®.
  
  
• Radio Scanner Link (Piccolink)
  Over the radio scanner link, you can enter your stock quantities and stock transfers during stocktaking. You can input the items and the counted quantities into remote devices and the results are posted immediately on-line. The processes in the warehouse are displayed through the on-line data communication link on the remote devices and the warehouse staff can access all necessary data paperlessly. Sources of error can be easily eliminated though the entry of the stock position and item information by means of the bar code.
  
  
• DATANORM
  DATANORM is a standard protocol for data exchange between wholesalers, manufacturers and the installation trade.
  In the installation trade, computerised processes are nowadays widely in use.
  Trades-based enterprises can execute item and price maintenance with the help of DATANORM files. It is guaranteed that item maintenance can be dealt with in a uniform data format and the enterprises are able to exchange data with all suppliers of their choosing.
  
  
• ELDANORM
  ELDANORM is a co-ordinated data record structure for data exchange between the electrical industry and electrical wholesale as well as between electrical wholesale and the electrical installation trade. ELDANORM is the obligatory data record structure for the transfer of manufacturer’s product master data from wholesalers to trade.
  
  
• EDE
  EDE is a standard technique for data exchange for iron goods, ironmongery, and small building-supply stores (DIY stores).
  
  
• Package Despatch (delivery service with package tracing)
  For package despatch with tracking, ERPframe® prints the package labels automatically. You can see then by the documentation whether the package was despatched or not.
  
  
• Intrastat
  With the Intrastat messaging service, the actual goods traffic of community goods between the 25 member states of the European Community (despatching and receiving) is captured statistically. The Intratrade statistics created from the individual Intrastat messages serve to supply current trade data within the community of Germany.
