FLEX-Line - the modular industry solution for the building, industrial machines and container trades:

FLEX-Line shines particularly through its perfect interaction of economically founded business processes and the functionalities of the ECM system.
In practice, this means that not only are documents administered via the archive, but users are also actively supported through task, scheduling and customer relations management.
The ECM controls all modern communication methods from telephone calls, to e-mail and SMS, to the conventional letter or fax. The functionalities of time data capture are also available, both for service and any other activities.
The control & resource post (CRP) feature, derived from the modules of the ERP-system, enables the ordering and scheduling of any resources, e.g., hire equipment, attachments, workshop and field service personnel, distribution vehicles, etc.

FLEX-Line is based on a modern software architecture that combines relevant technologies into an industry solution:

FLEX-Line Basic:
FLEX-Line Basic is based on GSD’s ERPframe® and adds industry-specific special features for enterprise resource planning to the proven functionalities. With FLEX-Line Maschine Basic, all areas of trade and inventory are covered.

The central element of your service chain is represented by the object root. The object root contains your own equipment for hire, your service vehicles and, more importantly, all your customers’ machines.

Whether the customer bought a machine from you, or one of your competitors, all logged equipment and their service dates are administered through the object root. The fast availability of all service-related information helps to shorten downtimes and increase productivity.

FLEX-Line Service module covers the complete spectrum for office and field duty.

FLEX-Line Miete:

FLEX-Line Miete offers an electronic planning board solution for the letting of machines and attachments.

It contains the types of documents necessary for hire handling, e.g., hire and maintenance offers, contracts, delivery notes, receipts for expenditure, return receipts as well as the necessary haulage receipts.

Apart from the graphical planning of hire items and attachments, FLEX-Line Miete offers the planning of any resources, e.g., distribution vehicles and service personnel.

Via the graphic interface, you can very conveniently produce analyses of the current needs at any time.

FLEX-Line Statistik ensures that information produced by FLEX-Line applications is passed on to the DATA Warehouse automatically. Based on this information, you receive up-to-date responses to your questions.

Of course, you have the possibility to supply user permissions for select information which they need for their task.

FLEX-Line FIBUframe®:
FIBUframe® for financial and cost accounting, certified by an independent firm of auditors, represents the central collecting point for all business information.
In the ERP system, all values of fixed and current assets that change are compressed and transferred automatically in the form of batches to financial and cost accounting by means of intelligent posting rules.
Costs and profits which are not posted via the ERP system, but rather posted directly in FIBU (such as the interest expenses for individual objects) are collected there and serve as the basis for automated budgeting.
