Your customer orders a computer under the known serial number; however, they require different components. In ERPframe®, a new case is created, which goes at the same time to the planning department. In this case, all documents are stored such as communication with the customer, CAD, materials lists and the estimate of the planning department. On this basis, the sales offer is now created. As soon as it is created, ERPframe® adapts the materials lists automatically to it.
On the basis of the service order, the program starts the planning for the purchase and production. It assigns all production acknowledgements to the case during and after production and notes the generated serial number of the device. Thus, the entire development history of the computer is available for the maintenance and the customer service departments.
Wholesale:
A telephone order is received in the sales department. As soon as the telephone rings, the customer is identified by the CTI interface and by mouse-click the rapid order input is opened.
The availability check of the desired articles happens by means of an individual search function; at the same time, an inventory location check runs. By mouse-click, the user detects in which warehouse or branch the articles are available. If the product is not available, it shows on the schedule when it will be available again. At the same time, a credit check occurs. The order acknowledgement can take place immediately via e-mail.
