FLEX-Line proves the flexibility of GSD Software’s standard solutions.Stockheim, Neukenroth, 23 April 2007. Developed in close technical and distribution co-operation with ITG-IT Solutions Gunia, the FLEX-Line tailored industry solution was created and is aimed at the needs of the building and industrial machine trade.
Even with FLEX-Line Machine Basic, all areas of business as well as inventory control are covered. Nominated for this year’s Best Practice IT-Award, the FLEX-Line Service module covers the complete spectrum for office and field duty. The FLEX-Line Miete module offers an electronic planning board solution for the letting of machines and attachments.
Certified by an independent company of auditors, the financial accounting and costing and analysis module, FLEX-Line Statistik, completes the picture.
FLEX-Line shines particularly through its perfect interaction of economically founded business processes and the functionalities of the ECM system. In practice, this means that not only are documents administered via the archive, but users are also actively supported through task, scheduling and customer relations management. The ECM controls all modern communication methods from telephone calls, to e-mail and SMS, to the conventional letter or fax. The functionalities of time data capture are also available, both for service and any other activities. The control & resource post (CRP) feature, derived from the modules of the ERP-system, enables the ordering and scheduling of any resources, e.g., hire equipment, attachments, workshop and field service personnel, distribution vehicles, etc..
