2006-12-07DOCUframe® now also in Polish - first official partnership
GSD Software is already represented across Europe in Austria, Sweden and Switzerland, and the first official partnership in Poland has now been forged. Co-operation with the software enterprise, LANtek.pl, was sealed in November at the Technical University of Poznan.In the context of a meeting of the DWK, (German - Polish enterprise community) approximately 50 enterprises were invited to the Technical University of Poznan, when LANtek.pl Managing Director, Tim Oldenburg, announced the new partnership. Rainer Kaske, Southeastern Area Sales Director with GSD Software, presented the enterprise and its product range in a short overview. After he had done an excellent job of illustrating the various areas of application and the practical use of the software, the interest in the product presentation on the following day was piqued.
German-Polish presentation
Ten customers of the LANtek.pl company came on 8 November 2006 to the DWK venue, in order to learn more about GSD Software. LANtek.pl managing director, Bartosz Knast, welcomed the participants to this “historical meeting” and handed over to Rainer Kaske, who presented the software for the first time with simultaneous Polish interpretation. The feedback was positive throughout. The advantages of both the multi-distinguished document management system, DOCUframe®, and DATAframe® found open ears - GSD Software doesn’t rank among the prominent providers of document management (DMS), archiving systems and ERP software solutions in Germany for nothing. The audience was knowledgeable as LANtek.pl is already a sales partner with well known manufacturers such as Inquiero and SAP. Since its establishment in 2003, approximately 20 staff care for mainly small and medium-sized companies in the region, as well as international enterprises.
Convincing flexibility
GSD Software is represented on the Polish IT market with the DOCUframe® Businesses and DOCUframe® Enterprise editions, which, of course, run in Polish. And typical for GSD Software, thanks to their internally developed programming language, the modules could be adapted very quickly to their requirements. In the subsequent discussion during the Polish-German question and answer time, this high flexibility especially impressed participants. The meeting closed with a preview on planned developments and goals for further co-operation.
Promising start
This promising start creates hope for a solid future of the German-Polish partnership, as Marketing and Sales Director, Michael Funk, summarised after his visit to Poznan. At the same time, he stressed that even with all the global focus, the solid and continuous growth of GSD Software is always in the forefront. That includes holding on to the upper-Frankonia location in Stockheim/Neukenroth. Right now, staff members with top qualifications are needed in order to further successfully develop in the global IT market from here.
