VISUALcontrol® is an integral component of DOCUframe®, the proven solution for document management, archival, communications and Workflow. You can control directly through your computer the lighting, the shutters or the temperature of your room, as some examples.
All objects, which you integrate in VISUALcontrol® are individually adjustable. An absolute highlight of VISUALcontrol® is the graphical interface. Circuitry diagrams, structural drawings, pictures and diagrams are scanned and defined with buttons, automatic controllers, etc. These documents can be completely independently configured through the graphical interface. When varying the adjustments, the appearance changes as a result.

DOCUframe® - mobileCLIENT
With the mobileCLIENT functionality of DOCUframe®, you have the possibility of using data from DOCUframe® and the entire function range of DOCUframe® remotely on laptops.
If you would like to access the central database with your laptop (mobileCLIENT), log on to the central database and you can operate like every other user in the network.
The log-on can be made both in the LAN and by WLAN functions (e.g. VPN). The synchronisation of the mobile data with the central database can be made either locally on the network or through all remote access methods (for example, by TCP/IP).
DOCUframe® - webCLIENT Wherever you are: with DOCUframe® webCLIENT, you have your own office anywhere in the world. The day begins and you are informed about incoming calls and appointments; you check your faxes, current processes and latest sales figures; you give some quick instructions to your staff for the conference or send a nice good-morning message by SMS. With DOCUframe® webCLIENT, you can work at your own desk from around the world.
Stay in touch: DOCUframe® webCLIENT means communication when, where and how you want. By e-mail, fax, SMS, digital voice mail and answering machine you can send, receive, archive and manage messages. Link e-mails with addresses, documents, projects and partners. If you like, use a template from DOCUframe® and decide with the help of the HTML editor whether you would like to send text or HTML e-mails. DOCUframe® webCLIENT is your mobile communications centre on the road.
Time management made easy: through DOCUframe® webCLIENT, you have your schedule in view – just as you like by day, week or month. Thanks to Online Planner you can manage your own schedule, as well as seeing those of your department or colleagues. For your next meeting, simply create a new (group) calendar event and right away electronically invite all the participants to the meeting.
Access knowledge worldwide – securely! You have access to all of your enterprise information, almost in real time. You are always up to date and will even reduce IT costs and administration expenses.
PDA (Palm/Pocket PC)
With their increasing power, Personal Desktop Assistants (PDA's) open up undreamt of possibilities in regards to access and synchronisation with central database systems. And so you don’t miss an appointment, DOCUframe® informs you via SMS.
CRP - Graphical Capacity Resource Planning This function grants you optimal planning and simulation of your average resource utilisation and helps you to detect and avoid risks and bottlenecks.
BDE - Business Data Capture With the Business Data Capture, you can administrate the work times of your co-workers. Likewise, production or work times relating to orders can be captured, which can then be consulted in ERPframe® for further calculation.
Personnel Time Tracking (PZE)
Within Personnel Time Tracking (PZE) is comprised the collection, processing and analysis of personnel start and end times. The appropriate data can originate from time registration terminals, from manual entry or from other vendors' systems.
If you prefer time registration terminals, we recommend terminals from the "PROX" line, the Italian TMC, due to their efficiency, robustness and a very good price performance ratio. Of course, other terminals can be integrated through open interfaces simply and quickly, at any time.
The manual capture of the data permits you a speedy entry of working times with the help of the integrated user interface. All entry masks are uniquely adaptable. Utilising a Workflow, it is possible to generate a fully automatic data acquisition. Event-controlled entries are also possible.
The processing does not run rigidly, since custom adjustments for still more flexibility are possible. With the development environment DOCUcontrol®, the user can make user-defined adjustments at any time. Various direct access options for controlling the process are available.
