DOCUframe® Interfaces:

For data exchange with other programs or database sources, DOCUframe® offers a variety of interfaces to you.

• ODBC
  ODBC stands for "Open Data Base Connectivity" and is a database driver which offers a programming interface (API) that permits a programmer to develop an application independently of the linked database server (the database).
  The technique enables it to merge data from any applications within DOCUframe®. In many fields, ODBC is nowadays established as standard.
  Thus data for import and export in the DOCUframe® system can be called by DOCUcontrol® (e.g., contacts data from an ERP system).
  
  
• ADS (Advantage Database Server)
  The Advantage Database Server is a high performance relational database management system (RDBMS). With optimised data access and high performance, the Advantage database server offers security, stability and data integrity.
  
  
• ASCII
  ASCII stands for the “American Standard Code for Information Interchange”
  DOCUcontrol® also offers you access to plain text data in the ASCII or standard delimiter format (text data with separators).
