Process Handling:

The customer lodges a complaint in writing by fax or e-mail.

Immediately, with the arrival of a complaint, a procedure gets created and all necessary information, documents and pictures are assigned to it. Through a distribution protocol, the complaint is sent automatically to all co-workers involved.

Once in the inbox of the responsible co-worker, it can be processed directly. Each modification is immediately on call or automatically available for superiors and co-workers.

Immediate measures are arranged to eliminate the negative effects for the customer, for example, delivery of replacement equipment.
