Complaint Entering and Monitoring:
In the record heading and on the “Overview” tab, all the important master information is entered, and at the same time the current processing state is displayed.
In order to facilitate the data input, wherever possible, selection lists are offered for data entry, or fields are already pre-allocated.
A quick and even simpler, especially for the untrained, way to enter error data is offered by an individually adaptable “assistant”, who leads you step by step through the data input.
The info fields on the “Overview” tab show the current processing state of this complaint.
- The error was acknowledged, the cause analysis executed, the cause is not yet determined.
- A measure was initiated, it is not yet completed and not evaluated yet.
- Costs up to now are entered, altogether 350 €.
Details are displayed on the respective record tabs. On the tab “Costs”, all costs are listed and summarised according to type of cost:
