The complaint is like an electronic procedure briefcase, into which all data related to the customer’s complaint is collected. The connection to customers, other addresses, the staff person in charge and the product, project or other service about which the complaint is lodged is also created here.

The push of a button shows:
  • the salesperson’s related complaints or customers
  • the buyer’s related complaints or suppliers
  • the process/product manager’s related complaints to a product or service
  • the developer’s related complaints from a certain development project
