With the 2001 Signature Law, a certified digital signature and personal signature became equally valid. What sounds so simple has, in practice, far reaching consequences: the targeted use of a digital signature in document administration allows suitable safety mechanisms to be implemented for the first time. Our new DOCUframe® component, DOCUframe®-signatur, offers you all the advantages and potential of a certified digital signature.


1. Sign incoming documents digitally

Documents, which are received in DOCUframe®, can be signed directly in one step. You can choose a single or group signature. Paper documents, which arrive as letters or faxes, are scanned. By using a digital signature, complex archiving of the original receipts can be avoided.

A digital signature ensures safe handling of your business processes. It documents, for example, the origin of a file or individual process steps and guarantees that your documents remain intact. Therefore, absolute legal security is ensured at all times, according to the German Signature Law.

With your digital signature, you can release job and process steps or documentations economically and efficiently. Its use in the context of a business process (workflow) is permitted, which fully corresponds to the current regulations.
