IT Systems Management Assistant
IT Systems Management Assistants advise customers on the introducton and expansion of IT telecommunications systems. They analyse the special customer requirements, conceptualise the information and telecommunications solutions and manage the project’s commercial, technical and organisational aspects.
After installing the IT systems, they start them up and hand them over to the customer. On top of that, they are available to the client as a key contact person and provide customer service.
