Office Management Assistant

Office Management Assistants take care of tasks in the internal business organisation and management. They concern themselves mostly with the company’s accounting and bookkeeping, wages and payroll, statistics, house and grounds management as well as general maintenance.

With the help of word processing machines and electronic data processing, they process information and take care of tax and insurance questions, stock and sales figures. In the framework of order processing, they produce invoices, monitor incoming payments and initiate the necessary overdue notices.

Requirements: Mittlere Reife/GCSE’s (FOS, Abitur/A-levels preferable)
Training duration: 3 years
Vocational school location: Kronach
Training structur: Block (alternating blocks of study and work)
